Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Roshambo mobile application ("Roshambo" or the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using Roshambo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Roshambo on a device you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. All rights in the App not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer the App;
• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Disrupt, impair, or interfere with the operation of the App or any related service;
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the App.

Camera use

Roshambo requires camera access to detect hand gestures for gameplay. You are responsible for using the camera responsibly and only where permitted. Hand detection is processed locally on your device; camera frames are not uploaded or stored by us (see our Privacy Policy).

Advertising

Roshambo is free to download and may display advertisements served by third-party providers such as Google AdMob. Advertising content is the responsibility of the advertisers and their platforms.

Updates and availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time with or without notice. We are not obligated to provide support, maintenance, or new versions of the App.

Intellectual property

Roshambo, including its name, branding, artwork, sounds, animation, and source code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

No warranty

Roshambo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that hand detection will work on every device.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-party services

The App integrates with third-party services (such as Google Play Services and advertising providers) that are governed by their own terms and policies. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes were made. Your continued use of Roshambo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
